I guess it's possible an airhead school girl is suddenly overcome with desire to post on the SDMB, but color me skeptical. If she's for real, she'll quickly lose interest and vanish. If it's a troll, I bet we get anguished stories of teen romantic/sexual misadventures after a few more posts.

It's just Disgust's normal thing. vB did the same thing. You have to log in to see user profiles. Those might be interesting, or not, but in vB you had to log in to use the search function, too, which was why I kept socking up after bans. Disgust gives you the search function without logging in, so I never transferred my last sock from vB. It's still technically alive, if I wanted to bother transfering, but the only thing it would allow me to do is post, or read user profiles, neither of which I give much of a shit about.
