Power Outage In Nation's Capitol?

Who do you think it was, or did it just "happen"?

Looks like it happened a few hours back. A transformer somewhere went "boom" and caused the grid to swoon. It happens. Someone is quoting Homeland Security to the effect that they don't see anything suspicious here.

Yeah, Pepco's pretty well known for being unreliable at the best of times. I'm honestly surprised that a single transformer going foom didn't black out the whole city and half of Maryland.

Also, and probably unrelated --- someone hacked into Obama's "private" schedule today.

I'm not usually a "conspiracy whatchacallem", but I believe that Wikileaks guy gave all of us a taste of what's private and what isn't.

Just my "delightfully unhinged" brain talkin'.

Hell, add it in the sig line if it fits, Beege! I'll probably forget I wrote that anyway.

Just like I was able to hide my own Easter eggs on Sunday.

Transformers sometimes go boom. Since I work for PepcoHoldings I heard about it even though most of my work is in Delaware and New Jersey.
